Rental of the Jeffersonville Evening Optimist Club building for wedding receptions, parties, club meetings, etc. is possible by calling Bob Stone at 812-283-6397. Bob can arrange a "walk-through" of the building for prospective renters.

The building features an approximately 3200 sq. ft. main room and is handicapped accessible. There are two restrooms on the main floor and one is handicapped accessible. The main room is approximately 80 ft.x 40 ft. with a 280 sq. ft. kitchen at the east side of the building. Ceiling height is approximately 10 foot with no columns. A movable bar, folding tables and chairs are available if needed. Rental for the main floor with kitchen and restrooms is $400. daily with a refundable $100. damage/cleanup deposit.
